Graphical Abstract
Shape memory polymers (SMPs) are able to undergo dynamic deformation and recovery of their shape in response to various stimuli. Xinli Xiao and co-workers develop a co polyimide SMP system that responds to high temperatures (180–230 °C). The SMPs can cycle between their temporary and original shapes, and the transition temperature could be tuned by adjusting the diamine components of the polymers. (DOI: 10.1002/app.44902)
