We consider signals represented by skalar particle densities ϱ. It is then proven that the assumptions (i) ϱ ≥ s° (ii) ϱ = s⁰ is the fourth component of a four-vector s^μ (iii) the scalar particles form a repesentation of the POINCARÉ group in HILBERT space, are incompatible with experimental data (formfactors of pions).
