On-line Erfassung von Fluoreszenez und Kohlendioxidpartialdruck in Bioreaktoren

This paper reports the possibility of on-line-determination of the fluorescence and partial pressure of carbondioxid in bioreactors.

The development of sterilisable probes for contineous in situ measurement of culture fluorescence and pCO₂-value have been reached such a stadium, that both probes are in commercial manufacture.

Fundamental construction of continued developed instruments and the arrangement of probes in bioreactors as known of pH-probes are given; application in each bioreactor with a socket picce of 25 mm diameter is possible.
