Entwicklung und Toxinbildung von Aspergillus flavus im Festbettreaktor/Füllkörperreaktor
Abstract
The behaviour of the mycelium forming mold Aspergillus flavus in packed column culture in comparison to conventional fermentation systems (surface culture and submerged culture) was investigated. The formation of aflatoxin was observed as a marker for the metabolic activity. The results demonstrated that the packed column system is situated with regard to the conditions of cultivation of mycelia forming molds between the surface culture and the submerged culture.
