Summary

The conduction system is in proximity to the aortic annulus. It is vulnerable to mechanical interaction and injury during transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Conduction disturbances are the most common complications associated with TAVR. This chapter will review the different scenarios of conduction disturbances associated with TAVR and their management.
