Summary

This chapter presents seven case studies about genitourinary malignancies. The first case study talks about the radiotherapy (RT) treatment and risk factors for a patient diagnosed with nonmetastatic prostate adenocarcinoma and informed of radical prostatectomy. The second case study discusses the benefits of salvage RT for a patient who underwent radical prostatectomy with positive margins for prostate adenocarcinoma. Case study three talks about the addition of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in intermediate-risk patients. The fourth case study discusses the advantage to undergoing RT in addition to ADT for patients with high-risk prostate cancer. The chapter also presents questions and answers about genitourinary malignancies.
