Summary

This chapter presents a series of case studies with multiple choice questions and answers on surgical aspects of prostate cancer. It commences with a discourse on treatment procedure for a 65-year-old male with one core Gleason 6 disease in the right midprostate and one core Gleason 6 left base, and ends with the management for a patient with multiple prior negative biopsies and continued clinical concern for prostate cancer. The chapter also discusses on staging procedure for a 63-year-old male with a high-suspicion lesion with extracapsular extension (ECE) and the preoperative predictive tools that can aid in the counseling of that patient.
