Corrigendum
The authors would like to draw the reader's attention to the corrections in the following article:
Models for the analysis of repeated continuous outcome measures in clinical trials. Respirology. 2014; 19: 155–161.
, , .On page 4, ‘β’ should be removed from the end of the sentence in the paragraph titled ‘Repeated measures analysis of variance’.
On page 5, the last sentence in the first column should be ‘Thus, for the ith individual, the individual-specific intercept and slope, given by β0 + b0i and β1 + b1i, describe the predicted PCS score trajectory over time.’
Similarly on page 6, the last sentence in the paragraph under item ‘Population and individual trajectories in the usual care group’ should be ‘The intercept and slope for the trajectory of the ith individual in the usual care group can then be represented by β0 + b0i and β1 + b1i, respectively, as shown by the red solid line in Figure 4b.’
Also on page 6, the estimated population mean PCS score for control group at baseline should be 42.6 (95% CI: 40.6, 44.5) and not 42.6 (95% CI: 40.6–44.5).
On pages 6 and 7, the estimated population mean PCS score for usual care group at baseline should be 44.9 (95% CI: 42.5, 47.3) and not 44.9 (95% CI: 42.5–47.3).
