Welcome to the April 2023 edition of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology. It has been quite a fun and exciting beginning of 2023 as far as cosmetic dermatology is concerned. We have seen the return of meetings once again, with attendee and industry participation that rivals prepandemic levels. If you have not had the opportunity to attend a meeting near or far from where you live, and if the time is right, it seems the world is “back” and that we are seeing outstanding educational opportunities around the globe. You owe it to yourself and your patients to continue to learn and educate yourselves—and from the meetings I have attended in 2023, we are still in a boom period for cosmetic dermatology.

Having said that, if you cannot attend many of these exciting meeting venues, then learning about the latest and current trends in the aesthetics arena is another significant way to learn and keep up with the myriad of new and exciting trends in cosmetic dermatology. The Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology is here to further that mission education of the highest quality with top-notch research and peer-review papers designed to educate, stimulate, and provide better patient care for all our patients. I encourage you to read each issue of the Journal and learn what exciting new concepts and treatment opportunities exist in 2023.

We will continue to strive to be the best of the best and we thank you for your continued support.
