An uncommon clinical sign in mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome. Acta Paediatr Scand 70:591,.–A cotton wool retinal exudate is described in a 4 6/12 year old boy presenting with classical features of Mucocutaneous Lymph Node syndrome. Response to treatment was poor.
