Note from the Editor-in-Chief

As the journal outgrows its current annual allotment of editorial pages, the editors and the publisher have agreed to continue the journal’s growth in as green a manner as possible, by increasing our use of online-only formats, and avoiding increases in the paper pages of the journal. In addition to the Media Reviews and Dynamic Emergency Medicine sections, which are already online-only, the table of contents will now be listing other online-only articles in our other manuscript categories. Authors of selected papers are being offered earlier online-only publication, and any manuscript authors who are interested in pursuing green publication in our early online-only queue, instead of our paper-print queue, should contact the editor at [email protected].
