John E. Ray
Head since early 1985 of the Financing and Other Export Questions Division, in the Trade Directorate, at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, was previously Assistant US Trade Representative in the Executive Office of the President of the United States (1979–85). Earlier he was Director, Office of Trade Policy and Negotiations, Department of the Treasury, Washington (1974–79).
