Erratum

The last paragraph on page 203 contained an error in formatting: “µ” was omitted from “µg” for the ivermectin dose (200 to 600 g/kg daily).

This sentence should have read:

The dosage of ciclosporin ranged from 5 mg kg⁻¹ to 10 mg kg⁻¹ daily, the dosage of ivermectin ranged from 200 to 600 µg kg⁻¹ daily.

Given the potential for adverse reactions to ivermectin, we apologise for this error.
