Abstract

SUMMARY.— Four patients with pemphigoid have been followed clinically and serologically for a sufficient period to indicate that pemphigoid antibody titre does not necessarily parallel the clinical activity of the disease. In contrast, for pemphigus, there does seem to be such a correlation.
