Abstract

Abstract: Urological complications of transplantation, in particular, necrosis of the transplanted ureter, are rare. We report on a 20-yr-old boy who received a well-matched cadaveric kidney transplant that was complicated by poor graft function and subsequent exploratory laparotomy for complete necrosis of the renal pelvis and ureter.
