Lattice Dynamics of ZrC Using Keating's Approach

Abstract
enKeating's model is extended to work out the lattice dynamics of ZrC which crystallises in the rocksalt structure. The lattice specific heat is calculated using the frequency distribution function obtained on the present model. The agreement with the experiment is good.

deDas Modell von Keating wird zur Behandlung der Gitterdynamik von ZrC erweitert, das in der Steinsalzstruktur kristallisiert. Die spezifische Gitterwärme wird mit der Frequenzverteilungs-funktion berechnet, die mit dem vorgelegten Modell erhalten wird. Die Übereinstimmung mit dem Experiment ist gut.
