Abstract
enNeutron inelastic scattering experiments are made using triple-axis spectrometers at the EWA and DIORIT reactors to determine the phonon dispersion relations in dilute Bi0.95Sb0.05 alloy at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures. The shifts of phonon frequencies for the Γ–T, Γ–X, and Γ–L directions are determined.
