Abstract

en

The temperature and angle dependences of the resonance field and resonance linewidth have been measured for ferromagnetic CdCr2Se4 crystals with Fe addition. An attempt is made to interpret the observations on the basis of the Fe2+ energy level model proposed by Hoekstra et al. and generalized for the case of finite minimum level splitting. The contributions of relaxation mechanisms to the linewidth and resonance field are discussed and the parameters of the model are roughly estimated.
