The viscous dragging of dislocations in CsI, NaCl, and LiF crystals in the temperature range of 77 to 293 K is studied on the basis of experimental and theoretical investigations of the shock deformation kinetics in crystalline rods. The dynamics of dislocations in NaCl and LiF crystals deformed by ultrashort pressure pulses produced by an electron beam is investigated.

In kristallinen Stäben wird auf der Grundlage experimenteller und theoretischer Untersuchungen der Schock-Deformationskinetik, der viskose Drageffekt von Versetzungen in CsI,- NaCl- und LiF-Kristallen untersucht. Die Dynamik von Versetzungen in NaCl- und LiF-Kristallen, die mit ultrakurzen Druckimpulsen eines Elektronenstrahls deformiert werden, wird untersucht.
