Abstract

en

The integrated intensity of a Laue diffraction on an elastically bent crystal is calculated analytically and numerically on the basis of Takagi's dynamical theory of diffraction for a distorted crystal. Crystal anisotropy is taken into account. The calculated values are compared with the measured ones for the nonsymmetrical Laue diffraction (111) using CuKα and MoKα radiations; μt being 0.14 to 5.6 and deformations [ε] in the range of 2 × 10−5 to 4 × 10−4. The measurements are carried out on a double crystal diffractometer in the non-dispersive arrangement. The agreement between the theoretical values and the experimental ones seems to be very good.
