Please make the following corrections in a recent issue of this journal:
Volume 41(4), August 2021: “A Nonlethal Genetic Assay for Discriminating Sex in Brook Trout,” by N. Webster, S. Price, C. Gowan, and S. S. Coster, pages 1120–1123.
Page 1121, left-hand column, first full paragraph, fourth sentence. An incorrect unit is given, 0.3 mM should be 0.3 μM. The full sentence should read as follows:
We multiplexed these primers in a 20 μL PCR reaction with 1× Apex Taq RED Master Mix, 0.3 μM forward and reverse primer, 60 ng of template DNA, and water.
