Superficial radial nerve biopsy from a patient with focal sensory chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) showing a perivascular epineurial inflammatory collection (top panel, paraffin cross-section stained with LFB/PAS), and onion-bulb formation (evidence of ongoing demyelination and remyelination [middle panel] and at high magnification [bottom panel]).
