Abstract

Three doses (10, 20, and 40 mg/kg) of clindamycin phosphate were tested in each of three feline neuromuscular preparations in a Latin-square sequence, and the muscular responses and blood pressures were compared. No statistically significant dose-related neuromuscular or blood pressure effects were observed.
