THE INSTITUTE OF BREWING ANALYSIS COMMITTEE DETERMINATION OF IRON AND COPPER IN BEER BY ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY
Abstract
Methods for the determination of iron and copper in beer by atomic absorption spectroscopy are recommended on the basis of collaborative studies. The methods have better reproducibilities than the colorimetric methods currently recommended.
