Consideration is given to the equation of heat conduction when the parameters are functions of position. A solution is obtained in the form of an infinite series in which the first term represents the solution for homogeneous material. The further terms of the series represent correction terms caused by the departure from homogeneity. Two illustrative examples are described.

L'équation de conduction de chaleur est étudiée pour des paramètres de position dans un corps non-homogène. On obtient une solution sous forme de séries infinies dans lesquelles le premier terme représente la solution pour un corps homogène. Les autres termes des séries corrigent pour L'écart de L'homogénéité. Deux examples sont donnés.
