ChemInform Abstract

The regioselectivity of aziridine ring opening strongly depends on the presence or absence of the bulky imidazoline unit. Thus, starting from the derivative (III) the isoserine-containing dipeptide is formed, whereas the aziridine-2-ester (IX) leads to the serine-containing dipeptide.
