ChemInform Abstract

The order of the separation of perhydroxanthene stereoisomers is calculated on the basis of computerized molecular modeling of their hypothetical molecular structures. The structures of three unknown but theoretically expected stereoisomers and of one unexpected, unusually stable conformer of known cis-syn-cis isomer are elucidated. Their structures have been published in the preceding paper.
