ChemInform Abstract

With a view to testing the title biological activity the new heterocyclic compounds such as (IV) and (V) are synthesized starting from the indole derivative (I). The obtained compounds represent a new class of serine protease inhibitors from which more potent and specific inhibitors may be derived.
