ChemInform Abstract

In view of the interest in silicon nitride and oxynitride as components in microelectronic devices and solar cells, precursor sources such as the hydridosilyl hydroxylamines (III), (V) and (VII) are prepared and their main fragmentation processes investigated by mass spectral studies. Heteronuclear NMR spectra of the compounds are also discussed.
