ChemInform Abstract

The stereoisomers (VII)-(X) of the title compound and those of the corresponding D-series are prepared for structure-activity investigations. The separation of the intermediates (III)-(VI) is achieved via transformation to the corresponding N-methoxycarbonylated products. Deprotection of (VII)-(X) is carried out by the procedure applied to (IX).
