Abstract

The thiadiazolidine-2-thiones (I) react with nickel(II), zinc(II) and cadmium(II) acetates to produce intensely colored, stable complexes.

The thiadiazolidine-2-thiones (I) react with nickel(II), zinc(II) and cadmium(II) acetates to produce intensely colored, stable complexes. Conductance, magnetic and spectroscopic evidences indicate that the rearrangement of (I) to the corresponding Schiff bases occurs.
