ChemInform Abstract: Copper(II) in Organic Synthesis. Part 8. Enantioselective Michael Reactions with Chiral Copper(II) Complexes as Catalysts.
Abstract
Using chiral copper(II) complexes with tetradentate ligands as catalyst, enantioselective Michael addition is performed to give the adduct (III) with up to 70% e.e.
ChemInform Abstract
Using chiral copper(II) complexes with tetradentate ligands as catalyst, enantioselective Michael addition is performed to give the adduct (III) with up to 70% e.e. If a comparison is made with the catalysts in the literature, only the Cram's crown ether has a superior activity.
