Abstract

Double Mannich reaction of the cyclohexanones (I) with formaldehyde (II) and the amines (III) and subsequent treatment with oxalic acid (IV) yield the azabicyclononanes (V).

Double Mannich reaction of the cyclohexanones (I) with formaldehyde (II) and the amines (III) and subsequent treatment with oxalic acid (IV) yield the azabicyclononanes (V). Cyclocondensation of (I) with the phenols (VI) leads to the formation of the dibenzopyrans (VII).
