Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine the absolute oxygen concentration of the title phase by H2 reduction and to determine the oxygen concentration as a function of oxygen potential and temperature.

ChemInform Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine the absolute oxygen concentration of the title phase by H2 reduction and to determine the oxygen concentration as a function of oxygen potential and temperature. The maximum oxygen concentration of the Y123 phase of 7.0, corresponding to YBa2Cu3O7, can be achieved by very slow cooling and annealing in pure O2 at ∼ 300 °C.
