Abstract

Studies on the synthetic analogues of metallobleomycins reported so far are all restricted to measurements in solutions.

ChemInform Abstract

Studies on the synthetic analogues of metallobleomycins reported so far are all restricted to measurements in solutions. The title compounds (VI) are the first synthetic analogues of metallobleomycin isolated in crystalline form. (VIa) crystallizes in Pbca with Z = 8. Some selected data from IR, optical and EPR spectra of (VIa) and (VIb) are identical.
