ChemInform Abstract

The compounds (I) react with the heterocumulenes (II), (IV) and (VII) by displacement of the starting chelate ligand and formation of the carbamate complexes as shown in the scheme. The formation of the H2NCOSligand in place of MeNHCOS- in (III) is confirmed by IR and 1H NMR data. The formation of the complexes (VI) proceeds via the intermediate formation of (V). A mixture of complexes (Va) and(VIa) gives rise to a crystallized compound, whose structure is determined by X-ray analysis. This cocrystallisate crystallizes in the space group P21 with Z=2.
