Abstract

(Ia) and (Ib) react with (II) to give mixtures of the corresponding trimetal complexes (III) and (IV).

ChemInform Abstract

(Ia) and (Ib) react with (II) to give mixtures of the corresponding trimetal complexes (III) and (IV). (Ic), in a similar reaction, affords (V) and (IVc). The unsaturated complex (V) reversibly reacts with CO to give (IIIc). (IIIc) (space group P1, Z=2) and (IVa) (space group P212121, Z=4) are investigated by X-ray diffraction.
