ChemInform Abstract

The trithia- and thiadiselenadiazaallenes (III) are prepared from the bistrimethylsilyl compound (II) and the chlorides (Ia) - (Ic). Pentafluorobenzeneselenenyl chloride (Id) gives the diselenide (IV). Only an unidentified compound is obtained from benzenetellurenyl bromide (Ie). Lithium hexamethyldisilazide (V) reacts with (Ic) and (Id), producing the selenenylsilazanes (VI). (1H-, 13C-, 19F-, 29Si-, 77Se-NMR-, UV-data).
