Hydrierungen der Nitrophenylverbindungen (I) an Ru in wäßriger Lösung bei 85-95°C liefern die Aminocyclohexane (II); bei 60-65°C wird das Nitrophenylalanin (Ia) unter sonst gleichen Bedingungen nur zum Aminophenylalanin (III) hydriert.
