Summary

Lower lid rejuvenation causes the most amount of consternation among facial aesthetic surgeons. Complications of lid show ectropian are as devastating as they are notorious to remedy. A thorough understanding of the anatomy and ageing process of the lower lid in context of overall facial ageing, in particular the midface, is vital to a successful outcome. This chapter covers the basic overview of the topic. The senior author shares his lifetime of experience and evolution of technique in this field.
