Summary

This chapter presents a case study with questions and answers on hematopoietic cell transplantation in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It commences with a discourse on the therapeutic and prognostic implications, especially of molecularly defined “ABC high-risk” lymphoma, and ends with the discussion on the prevention of relapse after autologous transplant. The chapter discusses the two cycles of R-DHAP and achieved complete response (CR2). It tabulates the experimental agents under investigation in DLBCL.
