Summary

This chapter presents two case studies related to surgical aspects of renal cancer. The case studies contain a series of questions. The first case study commences with a discourse on best imaging study for evaluation of a suspected renal mass, and ends with the question of how is renal function affected by intervention. The second case study commences with a discourse on ipsilateral adrenalectomy, and ends with a discussion of lymph node dissection (LND).
