Summary

In order to investigate the relation between grain boundary structure and composition, grain boundaries in Fe-doped SrTiO3 bicrystals and ceramics were studied by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and by analytical transmission electron microscopy (AEM) with sub-nanometer resolution.
