Editors’ Highlights—
This paper examines similarities and discrepancies between global land surface phenology metrics derived from three different satellite sensors. The end users of satellite data often don’t consider the quality of that data. This assessment of the differences between these satellite products and their respective qualities should be a useful reference for the many researchers who use them to analyze long-term regional and local trends.
